If you are accidentally signed in with the wrong Zattoo account, you first need to sign out of the Zattoo app before you can sign in again with the correct account.
Important:
Signing out or logging out does not delete your Zattoo account. It only signs you out of the app on that specific device.
Here is how to sign out of the Zattoo app:
- Go to Settings in the Zattoo menu.
- Select Account > Sign out.
You can then sign in again with the correct Zattoo account.
