With Replay, you can watch TV content again after it has already been broadcast.
Which content is available in Replay depends on your country, your subscription and the licensing rules of the broadcasters.

1. What is Replay?
With Replay, you can access programmes that were broadcast during the past 7 days.
Please note:

Not all channels make all content available in Replay.
On certain channels, fast-forwarding in Replay is not possible.
2. Replay in Switzerland
Replay is only available with Premium and Ultimate. Programmes from the past 7 days are generally available for the channels included in these subscriptions. Zattoo Free does not include Replay.
Please note:
Replay content can only be streamed within Switzerland. Outside Switzerland, it is not available for licensing reasons.
3. Replay in Austria
In Austria, Replay is available with Zattoo Ultimate. Premium does not include Replay.
On some channels, licensing restrictions apply in the Replay section:

On certain channels, fast-forwarding in Replay is restricted.
If the function is not available, it is greyed out and cannot be used.
4. Replay in Germany
In Germany, Replay is only available to a limited extent:
In the German subscription plans (Smart HD, Premium, Ultimate), Replay is only available for selected channels and programmes.
On certain channels, fast-forwarding in Replay is restricted.
If the function is not available, it is greyed out and cannot be used.
Some ProSiebenSat.1 content is also available On Demand for Premium and Ultimate via the Startpage / Highlights / Zattoothek.
With Smart HD, this content cannot be played, or only in isolated cases. Upgrading to a higher plan is possible.
5. Limitations for Replay
For licensing reasons, the following limitations apply to Replay in Germany and Austria:
Not all channels make all programmes available in Replay. In this case, the function is greyed out and cannot be used.
Fast-forwarding in Replay is not allowed on all channels. In this case, the function is also greyed out and cannot be used.
6. Important notes about playback
If you start a programme in Replay, the following programme will automatically continue playing afterwards, provided it is available in Replay.
Please note:
If the following programme is not entitled for Replay, the stream will stop at that point.
In addition, the cut points in the video stream are set in such a way that a few minutes before and after the actual programme may also be included. As a result, you may see the end of the previous programme at the beginning, or the start of the next programme at the end, when watching a programme in Replay.
7. Replay with additional channel packages
For licensing reasons, not every channel and not every programme is available in Replay.
To make Replay available for additional channel packages, the corresponding base subscription must be active on the account.
8. No access to Replay despite having a subscription
If Replay is not available despite having a subscription:
- Check whether your account has the required subscription and whether you are logged into the correct account.
- If your subscription has expired or you are accidentally logged into a Zattoo Free account, Replay will not be available.
- For Swiss users: Replay content can only be streamed within Switzerland. Outside Switzerland, it is not available for licensing reasons.
How to check your subscription status:
Log in to your account on the web:
LoginGo to Settings.
Click Manage my account.
Go the Subscriptions section.
Your currently booked subscriptions will be displayed there.
If the required subscription is not listed, then:
you are either logged into the wrong account
or the subscription has already expired
