Important: You can only cancel your subscription where it was purchased (for example directly via Zattoo, via Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or a TV, internet or mobile provider).

1. Where was your subscription purchased?
You can only cancel your Zattoo subscription through the provider where you purchased it. This can be Zattoo, Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or a TV, internet provider or mobile.
If you’re not sure, check your payment receipts.
2. Cancellation deadlines and access after cancellation
Please note the cancellation deadlines of your provider. After cancelling, you can keep using your subscription until the end of the period you have already paid for. No further paid renewal will take place.
3. Cancel Zattoo Free or delete your account
Zattoo Free is free of charge and does not need to be cancelled. If you want to delete your account completely, you can find more information about account deletion here.
4. Cancel a subscription purchased directly via Zattoo
Cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before your next billing date.
Log in to your Zattoo account on the web.
Go to Settings.
Select Manage my account.
Go to Subscriptions.
Click Manage subscription and select the subscription you want to cancel.
Confirm the cancellation.
Note: Subscriptions purchased directly via Zattoo can only be cancelled through your Zattoo account on the website (not in the app).
Special note for yearly subscriptions in Germany:
After the first paid renewal, you can cancel your yearly subscription with a notice period of 30 days. The subscription will then end before the originally booked term has expired. Any remaining time will be refunded on a pro rata basis to your original payment method once the subscription has ended.
5. Cancel a subscription purchased via Apple
If you purchased your subscription via the Zattoo app on an iPhone or iPad, the cancellation must be done directly via Apple in your Apple account. You can find instructions here.
Important: Subscriptions purchased via Apple can only be managed through Apple. If you have questions about payments or contract details, please contact Apple Support directly.
6. Cancel a subscription purchased via Google Play
If you purchased your subscription via the Google Play Store, you can cancel it directly in your Google account. You can find instructions here.
7. Cancel a subscription purchased via the Amazon Appstore
If you purchased your subscription via the Amazon Appstore (on Fire TV), the cancellation must be done directly in your Amazon account. You can find instructions here.
8. Cancel a subscription purchased via GMX / WEB.de
Subscriptions purchased via GMX or WEB.de must be cancelled directly via GMX / WEB.de.

9. Cancel a subscription purchased via a TV, internet or mobile provider
If your subscription was purchased via a TV, internet or mobile provider, you must cancel it directly with that provider.

If your provider is not listed, please check your payment receipts. They show who your contract partner is.
