How to subscribe to Zattoo

In this article you will learn how you can subscribe to Zattoo – for example via the website, using a QR code on your TV device, or through app stores.

1. Subscribe via the Zattoo website

You have two options:

• Log in to your existing Zattoo account

• Create a new account during the subscription process

Tip: You only need one account for all your devices.

Subscribe if you already have a Zattoo account

1. Go to www.zattoo.com/login

2. Log in to your Zattoo account

3. Go to Upgrade

4. Choose your preferred subscription

5. Select a payment method

6. Confirm the subscription

After the booking is completed successfully, your subscription will be activated immediately.

Subscribe if you do not yet have a Zattoo account

1. Go to
   https://zattoo.com/start/shop

2. Choose your preferred subscription

3. Enter your email address, password and date of birth

4. Click Register

5. Choose a payment method

6. Confirm the subscription

After the booking is completed successfully, your Zattoo account will be created and your subscription activated.

2. Subscribe via QR code

On some devices, a QR code is displayed that allows you to complete your subscription.

How it works:

1. Open the Zattoo app on your device

2. Select Upgrade

3. Scan the displayed QR code with your smartphone

4. You will automatically be redirected to the subscription page

5. Choose your preferred subscription and complete the booking

After the booking is completed successfully, your subscription will automatically be activated on your device.

3. Subscribe via app stores

You can also subscribe to Zattoo directly through an app store:

• Apple App Store

• Google Play Store

• Amazon Appstore

Important:

• The payment is processed through the respective provider.

• Subscriptions are managed through your Apple, Google or Amazon account.

• Changes or cancellations must be made through the respective store.

• Not all subscriptions available in the Zattoo shop are offered in the app stores.
  If you want to see the full range of subscriptions, please subscribe directly via the Zattoo website.

Regardless of where you subscribe:

• The subscription is always linked to your Zattoo account and can be used on all supported devices where you are logged in with that account.

4. Free trials and trial periods

Depending on the offer or promotion, Zattoo may provide free trials or trial periods.

Please note:

• Free trials are limited in time.

• After the trial period ends, the subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription, unless it is cancelled beforehand.

• The conditions of the trial are displayed during the booking process.

Important:

Free trials are only available if you have not previously had a Zattoo subscription.

If you have already subscribed to Zattoo in the past, the regular subscription price will be charged immediately.
