Withdraw your Zattoo subscription via the website

For subscriptions purchased directly through Zattoo, customers in Germany can use the withdrawal function in their Zattoo account within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Here is how:

1. Log in to your account on the Zattoo website.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Manage my account.
4. Open Subscriptions.
5. Select your active subscription.
6. Select Withdraw and confirm.

Once your withdrawal has been completed successfully, you will receive a refund.

Please note: The withdrawal option is only displayed if your subscription is eligible for withdrawal through your Zattoo account.

Subscriptions purchased through app stores or other third-party providers cannot be withdrawn through your Zattoo account settings. In this case, please contact the provider through which you purchased the subscription directly.
