Check your subscription details

If you want to know which Zattoo subscription is active on your account, you can check the details at any time in your Zattoo account.

Please note:

Your subscription details are only available in the account area on the Zattoo website. This information is not available in the mobile apps or TV apps.

How to check your Zattoo subscription

1. Log in to your Zattoo account

Open the Zattoo website and log in: www.zattoo.com/login

Then click the Settings icon in the top right corner.

2. Open the account section

Click on Manage my account.

3. Go to the Subscriptions section

Under Subscriptions, you will find an overview of your booked subscription.

Here you can see, for example:

• your current Zattoo subscription

• your subscription term

• the next renewal date

• additional channel packages
