The message "Free streaming credit used up" means that the monthly streaming limit for your Zattoo Free account has been reached.

1. What does this message mean?
With Zattoo Free, you can watch TV on TV devices for a limited number of hours per month.
Once this limit has been reached, the message “You have reached your monthly 10 / 30 hours limitation on TV devices using Zattoo Free” appears and streaming on TV devices is no longer possible for the rest of the month.
The limit resets automatically at the beginning of the next month.
2. Streaming limit with Zattoo Free
The monthly streaming limit depends on the country:
Germany
30 hours per month on TV devices
Switzerland
10 hours per month on TV devices
This limit only applies to Zattoo Free accounts.
With a Zattoo subscription, you can watch TV without any time limitation and on all devices.
You can upgrade your subscription anytime in the Zattoo Shop on our website.
3. The limit only applies to TV devices
The monthly streaming limit only applies when streaming on TV devices (“big screen devices”).

Important
On mobile devices and in the web browser, Zattoo Free can be used without a streaming time limit.
4. I have a subscription but still see this message
If you have a Zattoo subscription but still see this message, you may be logged in with a Zattoo Free account.
Please check the following:
Verify which email address you are logged in with.
Log out of the app or website.
Log in again using the email address associated with your subscription.
