Signing in and registering with Zattoo

In this article, you will learn how to sign in to Zattoo or register a new account.

Important:

• Sign in / Login means: you already have a Zattoo account and use it to log in.
• Register means: you create a new Zattoo account.

Please note:

Not all sign-in and registration options are available on every device and platform.

If registration is not possible on the device you want to use, please create your account first on another supported platform and then sign in on the device you want to use.

1. What is the difference between signing in and registering?

Sign in / Log in

Use this option if you already have a Zattoo account.

Register

Use this option if you do not yet have a Zattoo account and want to create a new one.

2. Sign in with an existing account

If you have already registered a Zattoo account, you can sign in in different ways depending on the device and platform.

Sign in with email address and password

If you created your Zattoo account with an email address and password, you can sign in via Login / Sign in using these details.

Simply enter your:

• email address
• password

and click Login.

Sign in with Google

Sign in with Google is possible if your Zattoo account was originally created via Google.

Sign in with Facebook

Sign in with Facebook is possible if your Zattoo account was originally created via Facebook.

Sign in with Apple

Sign in with Apple is possible if your Zattoo account was originally created via Apple.

3. Register a new account

If you do not yet have a Zattoo account, you can create a new one.

Registration is possible:

• with email address and password
• via SSO, for example with Google, Facebook, Apple or Amazon

SSO means that you can easily create your account using an existing login such as Google, Facebook, Apple or Amazon. Your Zattoo account will then be linked to the exact email address you use with that provider. If you create your account this way, no password is created for your Zattoo account.

When signing up, you directly select the product you want to use — one of our main subscriptions from Free to Ultimate.

Register with email address and password

You can create a new account using your email address and a password.

Please note:

Our system distinguishes between @gmail.com and @googlemail.com.

Register with Google, Facebook, Apple or Amazon

You can also create a new account using Google, Facebook, Apple or Amazon.

4. Register with a QR code

On supported devices, you can also register a new account using a QR code.

Register using the QR code in the mobile browser on your tablet or phone

1. Scan the QR code with your tablet or phone.
2. You will be taken directly to our shop page.
3. Select the product you want to use.
4. Enter all required information and complete the registration.
5. The app on your TV will then update automatically.

5. Important note about devices and platforms

Not all login and registration options are available on every device.

This means:

• On some devices, only signing in is possible, but not registration.
• On some devices, only certain sign-in options are available.
• The available options may vary depending on the platform.

If registration is not possible on the device you want to use, please create your account first on another platform, for example on the web or in the mobile app.

After that, you can sign in with your newly created account on the device you want to use.
