You can log in to your Zattoo account on as many compatible devices as you like – for example on your smartphone, tablet, Smart TV or in a web browser.
You only need one Zattoo account.
The number of simultaneous streams depends on your subscription.

1. I want to use Zattoo on another device
To use Zattoo on an additional device:
Open the Zattoo app or website.
Select Login.
Sign in using the same email address and password you already use.
After logging in successfully, you will automatically have access to your active Zattoo subscription.
Important:
It does not matter how many devices you are logged in on. What matters is how many streams are running at the same time.
2. I cannot see my subscription on the new device
If you are logged in but your subscription is not displayed, this is usually caused by logging in with a different email address.
Please check that you are using the correct account.

A subscription is always linked to the Zattoo account it was purchased with – not to a specific device.
If you no longer remember your password, please use the Forgot password function.
3. How many streams are allowed at the same time?
The number of simultaneous streams depends on your subscription and your country.
Germany
Free: 1 stream
Smart HD: 1 stream
Premium: 2 streams
Ultimate: 4 streams
Austria
Premium: 2 streams
Ultimate: 4 streams
Switzerland
Free: 1 stream
Premium: 2 streams
Ultimate: 4 streams
Note: Add-on channel packages
There is no separate stream limit for add-on packages.
The number of simultaneous streams always depends on the stream limit of your main subscription (Free, Smart HD, Premium, or Ultimate).
4. What counts as a simultaneous stream?
A stream counts as soon as a channel is actively playing on a device.
Important:
The number of logged-in devices is unlimited.
Only the number of streams running at the same time counts toward your limit.
If an additional stream is started after your limit has been reached:
an error message will appear.
the first started stream will automatically stop.
5. Are there restrictions for certain channels?
Yes. Due to licensing agreements, additional limits apply to certain channels when streaming simultaneously.
