To use Zattoo reliably on your Nokia Streaming Box (Android TV), make sure the Zattoo app and your device software are up to date.
Please follow the steps below in the given order. Only move on to the next step if the issue persists.

1. Restart the device
Open Settings → Device Preferences → Restart.
Alternatively, unplug the box from power for at least 60 seconds, then plug it back in.
2. Force stop the Zattoo app
Open Settings → Apps → See all apps → Zattoo.
Select Force stop.
Then open the app again.
3. Clear app cache or app data
Open Settings → Apps → See all apps → Zattoo.
Select Clear cache.
If the issue continues, also select Clear data.
Afterwards, restart the Zattoo app and sign in again.
4. Reinstall the Zattoo app
Uninstall the app:
Settings → Apps → See all apps → Zattoo → Uninstall.Reinstall the app:
Apps → See more apps → Zattoo → Install.
5. Update the software
Open Settings → Device Preferences → About → System update.
Install any available updates and restart the device.
6. Check your network connection
Restart your router.
Disconnect and reconnect the network connection on the box.
If possible, test a different network (for example a mobile hotspot).
Check whether other devices on the same network can stream without issues.
Please note:
Public or hotel Wi-Fi networks may restrict or block streaming.
For maximum stability, a wired Ethernet (LAN) connection is recommended if available.

7. Disable VPN, proxy or DNS filters
Zattoo may be blocked if your connection uses services that mask or redirect your IP address.
Disable any active VPN or proxy connections.
Check whether DNS filters (for example ad blockers, Pi-hole or parental controls) are active on your network and disable them temporarily.
Restart both your router and the streaming box afterwards.
8. Change DNS settings
If connection issues persist, you can test a different DNS server.
Open Settings.
Go to General → Network → Network status → IP settings.
Set DNS to Manual.
Enter 8.8.8.8 as the DNS server.
Restart the device and test Zattoo again.
9. Reset the Nokia Streaming Box to factory settings
If the steps above don’t resolve the issue, you can reset the box. It will need to be set up again afterwards.
Open Settings → Device Preferences → About → Reset.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
